- 1 pizza base (or try it as a tart with a sheet of puff pastry)
- 1 wheel Ben Lomond cashew camembert
- 1 punnet strawberries
- fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 200C.
Slice strawberries and place in a covered baking dish. Put them in the oven while preparing the pizza, until the juices start to run.
Slice the cheese thinly and spread over the pizza base or pastry sheet.
Arrange slice strawberries on top, reserving any juice.
Combine the juice with olive oil, 1 tbsp of the balsamic glaze and black pepper and brush over the pizza.
Bake loosely covered with foil, until the base is cooked and the cheese is soft.
Remove from the oven, scatter over torn basil leaves and drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze.
