December "Cheese of the Month" vineleaf wrapped cheese
Our December "Cheese of the Month" is a rerun from last year, but its one of our favourites, so we are brining it back for a limited time.
It's our fresh cashew cheese that has been wrapped in Tasmanian vine leaves which have been marinated in brandy. The paste in dense and slightly crumbly and the flavour is mellow and slightly herbaceous, with a fruity hit from the brandy. Intended to be consumed fresh, these cheeses are best eaten within 14 days of purchase.
Ingredients: cashews, filtered water, coconut oil,Tasmanian sea salt, probiotic culture.
