Marinated St Clair
This Persian feta style cashew based cheese is marinated in a blend of canola and olive oil. We add gorgeous native botanicals - lemon myrtle, kunzea and pepperberries, all sourced in Tasmania, as well as some chilli flakes for a little extra kick.
Use it anywhere you would use traditioonal feta - in a Greek sald, sponach and feta pie, or just spread on to crusty French bread.
Ingredients: Cheese (at least 55%): Cashew nuts, filtered water, refined coconut oil, sea salt, probiotic culture. Marinade: Canola oil, olive oil, lemon myrtle, kunzea, Tasmanian pepperberries, chilli flakes.
Best before: Four weeks from date of packing
