Coolrooms (larger and smaller adjoining)

Newly constructed in 2017, these two premium coolrooms feature durable 75mm EPS Bondor sandwich panels (meeting AS/NZ 1530.3 fire standards) installed over an existing concrete floor—no floor panels included. Sold only as a complete pair (not separately), they share a common wall and can be reconfigured: add panels to separate them fully or remove the wall for a combined 29m² space.
Small Coolroom (2m x 3m = 6m²)

Equipped with a 2.6kW refrigeration unit (-5°C SST) and 3.4kW high-humidity evaporator.

Includes swinging door with curtains and Carel temperature controls.
Large Coolroom (4.6m x 5m = 23m²)

Dismantling
Coolrooms will be professionally dismantled by specialists, palletized for truck transport, with photos and panel diagrams provided for easy reconstruction. Note: No warranty from Artisa or dismantlers—minor panel/equipment damage may occur despite best care.

Depending on your use requirements you may require purchasing a new stator and rotor (grinding parts, around $550) as they are now a bit worn for very fine size grinding work.

This is old but I have had it working! NB 3 phase power required. Best for someone who is 'handy with the tools'. Includes a dish basket not shown. I have manuals of sorts for it. We did not end up using it because size its wash space did not suit our operations requirements. Considering the price of new ones, it could be well worth it for the right person and situation.
